What this site is

A website about the book Lean Enterprise Architecture by Romano Roth and Dietmar Wettach. It is a private project of the two authors. Zühlke and the Flughafen Zürich AG, where the authors work, are not involved in it, and nothing here is a statement by them or by the university.

The book is published and sold by Leanpub. No contract is concluded on this site, no payment is taken here, and there is no shop. The buy buttons link to leanpub.com, whose terms and whose seller apply to a purchase.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
